Project Description

The project consists of the design and construction of a new building to replace the current Woodmill HS and St. Columba RC HS in an area of land at Sandpiper Drive, Dunfermline. The building will have a design capacity of 2,514 pupils and a combined staff count of 246. Each school will maintain their own entrance along with a single entrance leading to a community facility.

Additional facilities will include 3 all-weather pitches, 4 MUGAs (Multi use games areas), 3 grass pitches incorporating running tracks and various athletic facilities; a car parking for 249 vehicles, a stance for 17 buses, provision for 282 cycle spaces and a community growing area.
